We ship twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays, via UPS Ground Delivery.  For larger orders, we'll ship as soon as the full order has been formulated (at most, within 4 business days of the order).  Rarely, we have numerous orders that require replenishing a key ingredient that is not in stock. Should that occur, we will immediately and personally notify you via email (or phone, if available) with an estimated "ship by" date, and the ability to modify or cancel your order if you so choose.

 

As of July, 2008, shipping charges are calculated as follows:

For orders less than $35, a fixed charge of $10 (shipped to a single address)

bullet

For orders between $35 - $60, a fixed charge of $5 (shipped to a single address)

bullet

For orders of more than $60, shipping is FREE (shipped to a single address)
